MERGERS AND DIVERTERS

Wrabacon’s mergers and diverters are used to divide the flow of product into a predetermined lane or flow. They merge multiple conveyor lanes to a single lane for labeling, weighing, or other operation. Gates, swing arms, pushers & belt conveyor diverters are used in the separation process. Like all of our conveyor systems, our mergers and diverters are manufactured to separate products efficiently, gently, and with high-speed accuracy. They are designed for total product handling and line control during start up for smooth operation.
